The talent pool is so limited in the womens game to only a select few superstars and the fact that conn gets 4/5 of those said studs every year, its not that impressive to me. Most games if they had a line, it would be -30 a night. The drop off is so drastic, its just not entertaining. Let alone putting their run up against mens records where you have 10-20 legit contenders most years

Joke of a league...It's like a HW vs flyweight...Not impressed one bit. It's probably the worst win streak you could think off

Crazy comments .
Womens basketball has been around forever .
It it was so easy other programs could have been doing the same thing but they have not

So what if there are only 20'elite women's players in the world .
The fact that one team can sign half of them is impressive in itself

Haha, of course it's impressive. The circumstances of the modern day women's game is similar to what Wooden did at UCLA in the men's game in the 60s and 70s. Except for the fact Geno doesn't pay anyone and he's done it for a longer period of time. It's also a myth he gets all the best players, although he gets more than his share.

He gets his kids to buy into his system, and they play hard all the time. He plays anyone anywhere. This year was sopposed to be a rebuilding year, and he tested his kids early and often, including some tough true road games.

As far as national interest goes, only football and men's basketball generate more revenues and have more exposure.

As for me, I only pay attention to them when they're playing top teams and beginning in the Sweet 16 in March. Obviously, the women's game is not as deep as the men's and only a few teams have a path to beat them.

And more importantly, especially in a gambling forum, they're as good ATS as the Patriots (when uconn is playing in a big game)

It is impressive.

You do realize we are talking about women here.

Does your wife/girlfriend bring it every night.

Geno, has to deal with 13 of them. Getting them to show up and play every night for the last 99 games is fukin impressive in my book.

Nobodys crying willie, just dont like espn shoving it down the throat, i dont mind watching wnba games, even use to bet it alot. But 98 of 100 wins by dbl digits, womens college basketball is just not competitive. Espn being in bristol is just trying to make it bigger than it is

Only one state in the country cares about this crap.

and that would be whatever state the UConn women are playing in that day, filling up arenas from sea to sea
