Sports teams value is given by their market, not at all their performance let's say... in the last 15 years.
Same kind of example like the Knicks for the NBA are the Toronto Maple Leafs for the NHL. They have been mostly s..hit not for just the last 15 years, but for a lot longer. But nothing comes close to their worth compared to other NHL teams.

Yep, MSG and ridiculous prices for seats, suites and concessions. The games still are close to sellouts because it's NY and celebs go to be seen.

he has screwed up everything he has touched including when he took over cablevision for his father
