No Defense played in the NHL,NFL & NBA....So i`ll go with MLB.

MLB is the only one I watch, it's the only that at least resembles a real game

and I'm not sure what game the NHL is playing, I think they score 6x more goals than they normally would
as bad as the NBA all-star game is, the teams are not scoring 600 points each

For me it used to be the MLB. The new NHL format has made it my favorite because its now a tournament. the four divisions get their own team winner gets a million dollars. Last year the score of the final tournament was 1-0, so there is slightly more defense being played. They play it 3 on 3, so there is still a lot of scoring, but it's also more entertaining because there is more defense being played now than before.
as a youth and teenager we had a tradition.. get super super baked and focus on the mic on the floor during the nba all star game.. for that reason it was our favorite.. back in the day was rare to hear dudes talk on the court.. getting super baked enhanced it , wed get close to the tv and blast it and listen to the chatter .. back then was the only time you'd hear that, the nba all star game.
