Their customer service is horrendous i noticed since circle went down everyone went to coinbase for bitcoin and it has been a nitemare to say the least

I just got done the entire process (purchase thru coinbase, send to blockchain, send to BOL) in under 10 minutes.

A lot get banned at Coinbase. Gemini is another good choice. Same as Coinbase with low fees.

If the mempool is higher than 20m, add some to the fee and you'll get in.

This also tells you how much to pay. Change drop down on top left from satoshis to bitcoin. Add a little. Right now add just a tad more than this and you are in.

For the median transaction size of 234 bytes, this results in a fee of 0.0004212 BTC.

I'd go .0005 to make sure.

Everything about Coinbase is a lot worse like it was 3-4 years ago.
It's getting to the point that doesn't really worth to do main Bitcoin business through Coinbase for Americans, there are better solutions.

Nothing that you need to know. A little better option than Coinbase and no one has been banned.

I hear they have a phone number you can call for customer service. You can't call anyone with Coinbase. Only chance you have is to post of reddit and they may respond.
