GC: NCAAB Tournament play

St.Patricks Day Friday card led by the Opening Round Play of the year + 3 more perfect system plays. The NBA Card has a triple perfect 5*. NCAAB Top plays go 3-0 on Thursday. Tournament comp play below.

The NCAAB Tournament comp play for St.Patricks Day is on Miami at 9:20 eastern. The Hurricanes have a better RPI Scale number and have a coach in Laranga who is lethal off a loss going 22-2 when favored off a defeat. Coach Laranga is 7-0 vs teams seeded 6 or worse . Tonight they take on a Michigan St team that is not the powerhouse they have been in years past. The Spartans have failed to cover 7 of the last 9 as a dog and 8 of 11 on neutral courts. Our simulation model shows The Hurricanes with a win and cover here. Coming off a monster winning day on Thursday e have the Opening round Game of the Year along with several more perfect system Tournament terminator sides. In the NBA The lead play is a triple perfect 5*. We Cashed out nice with OKC Last night and NCAAB Cashing 73% last 3 years. For the NCAAB Tournament free pick. Make it Miami. GC

823 Seton Hall 1.0(-110) Greek vs 824 Arkansas double-dime bet

Analysis: Seton Hall is a sleeper teram and dangerous. Look for the Pirates to prove that here.

Unlike last season when Seton Hall peaked in the Big East Conference Tournament knocking off Villanova on its way to capturing the title and then losing in the first round of the NCAA Tournament in a flat performance following that great accomplishment, the Pirates are rested and determined to make it farther in the tournament. The Pirates lost a two-point game to Villanova in the second round of the Big East Tourney this season.

Seton Hall now didn't use up all of its energy and focus in the Big East Tourney yet still is playing extremely well. The Pirates had won five in a row until falling by to Villanova. Among those victories were wins against NCAA Tournament teams Xavier, Butler and Marquette. Xavier and Butler each won their opening Big Dance game on Thursday and Marquette plays today.

The Pirates also open against Arkansas not Gonzaga like last season. The Razorbacks are 2-9 ATS in their last 11 neutral site games. The last time they covered a spread in a postseason tournament was 2014.

Seton Hall held Villanova to 55 points in its Big East Tourney game, which was 22 point below the Wildcats' season average. The Pirates have the necessary ingredients to do well with outstanding guards, experience and 6-foot-10 Angel Delgado in the post. He lead the nation in rebounding and double-doubles. Khadeen Carrington, Madison Jones and Desi Rodriguez are all very good players.

844 Creighton -1.0 (-110) Greek vs 843 Rhode Island Analysis: I'm playing on CREIGHTON. While I respect the Rams, I believe that they're in over their heads here. True, the Rams come in on a roll, while the Bluejays have been a little inconsistent in recent weeks. Thats kept the line lower than it could have been, essentially making the pointspread a non-factor. Not bad when considering that Creighton is a #6 seed, facing an #11 seed.

After an 18-1 start, Creighton lost its starting point guard, Maurice Watson, to injury. Admittedly, that was a blow to the team. It also took a toll when Watson was charged with sexual assault a few weeks later. This is a well-coached team thougha dn the adversi‹ty figures to have brought them closer together.

Creighton's Ronnie Harrell Jr noted: "It's easy to get caught up in everything that's going on around you that you forget what's happening in front of you. So we've talked as a team, coaches included, about just staying in the moment, having each other's back as well as having everybody else's back. So I think that was the main thing for us, and I think we've done a great job of that."

Creighton coach Doug McDermott had this to say of his team: "For us to be seeded as one of the top 24 teams in the country, given everything we've been through, it's a testament to the will and togetherness, the cohesiveness of this group."

While many seem down on the Bluejays, keep in mind that they beat Providence by double-digits and then knocked off a good Xavier team to advance to the Big East finals. Thought they lost (to Villanova) when they got there, this is still a team which has proven capable of rising to the occasion and playing the #1 team in the country in their last game, at MSG, figures to help them here.

McDermott went on to say: "It's one thing for me to talk about what it's like, but to experience it and feel it, what the Garden is like on championship Saturday, it's something that's pretty incredible. And our experience here this week is going to help us moving forward and, I think, help us in the NCAA Tournament."

While the Rams are 0-3 SU/ATS their last three against Big East teams, the Bluejays were a perfect 13-0 SU (8-3 ATS in lined games) this season, when facing a non-conference opponent. They're also 11-3-1 ATS (12-3 SU) their last 15 as a neutral court favorite of three or fewer points, or a game where the line is a pick'em. Throw in the fact the BlueJays are 5-1 the last six times that they played with five or six day's rest and I'm backing the higher seed.

832 Dayton 6.0 (-103) Pinnacle vs 831 Wichita St Analysis: I'm playing on DAYTON. Its not often that you find a #10 seed favored by this much over a #6 seed. While Wichita State admittedly, deserved a better seed, I don't feel that the Shockers should be laying this many points against a very competitive Dayton team. The Flyers had seven losses this seaso‹n. A look at those losses shows that only one came by greater than six points and that was more than two months ago. The other six losses all came by six or fewer points. This is a team which beat Rhode Island twice and split with VCU. The Flyers nearly knocked off both St. Mary's and Northwestern. The Shockers, 7-15 ATS their last 22 tournament games, were only 3-4 ATS in neutral site games. That included an 0-2 ATS mark when listed as neutral court favorites in the -3.5 to -6 range. Don't be "shocked" when this game comes down to the wire, Dayton improving to 5-1-1 ATS its last seven, when getting points.

827 Oklahoma St. 2.5 (-110) Sportsbook.ag vs 828 Michigan Analysis: I'm playing on OKLAHOMA STATE. Most are expecting the Wolverines to advance. Not me. While I certainly respect the Wolverines, I chose the Cowboys in my bracket. I believe that they come in quite under-valued. Keep in mind that the Cowboys averaged 85.5 ppg on the season. Thats far more than the Wolverines, who average 74.8 ppg. In fact, its far more than any team in the Big Ten averaged this season. While the Wolverines have the edge in the defensive department, you may recall what happened to them when they played UCLA, another high-scoring non-conference opponent. (They lost 102-84.) While the Wolverines were only 10-13 ATS when laying points this season, the Cowboys were 8-3 ATS as u‹nderdogs. One of Michigan's ATS lossses came in its only game against a Big 12 opponent. Despite playing at home and laying -10 points, the Wolverines were only able to beat Texas by three points. When the Cowboys hosted those same Longhorns, they won by double-digits. Also, when the Cowboys played at Maryland, they lost by only one. The Wolverines lost by seven against those same Terps, despite facing them at Michigan. Battle-tested against teams like UNC, Kansas, Baylor, Iowas State, WVU, Wichita State, UConn and Georgetown, look for the Cowboys to "shock" all those who expected the Wolverines to advance.
