Well Vandy had the lead with 15 sec left and a chance to cover until that moron decided to intentionally foul for no reason. It was so deliberate I wonder if he had NW big.

Yeah I thought you had to be pretty intelligent to get into Vandy...they need to check his math skills, eye sight and family debt...still shooting that stupid 3 didn't help!

It's all relative. Smart in Tennessee is considered developmentally challenged in 80% of the world.

I wasn't watching the vandy game at all. I had money on vandy and chalked it up early as a L. But now im seeing they came back and keep hearing about this last second play. Can someone tell me what went on?

They went up 66-65 with 7 seconds left and some dumbass on Vandy intentionally fouls a kid dribbling in backcourt. FTs and game over.

Guess he isn't one of those "fundamentally sound" kids announcers always talk about.

Wow you guys have a lot of sympathy for a kid making a mistake in a pressure packed situation. I had NW but was rooting for Vandy to save that kid an awful memory that he'll live with for his lifetime. I think it's a top 3blunder of all time. Weber, no time outs, Jordan passing to the other team. At least he's in good company.

Man, I've seen the replay a hundred times now, that kid is gonna be some kinda messed up for a while. But that's the defining word....he's a "kid," and what kid doesn't make a mistake at some juncture in life.
