The starting pitching could get some major regression this season. Even the most optimistic cubs fan has to admit the starting pitching had overachieved .

But then you got KS for an entire season. Now they saying heyward found a new swing and gonna hit 40 bombs and bat .350.

    We will see

    We will see
    Arrieta should continue to regress
Hendrix is a real wild card, I would think he will regress also
I think Lester has another few solid #1 years in him
    Lackey will be Lackey
Montgomery should be able to step into he back of that rotation

TL/DR is yeah some regression but if you score 1200 runs who cares

Heyward sucks, there is no fixing that swing

I can't see KS staying healthy. Hope I'm wrong. I hear Joe is gonna bat him leadoff. Hate it.

No, but he doesn't really know his way around LF and is an awkward defender who plays full speed all the time.

As far as heyward goes you know I've been the biggest critic in the world when it comes to heyward. I could not wait for him to leave Atlanta.

But I confess. The dude has all the natural talent in the world.
He was rated the #1 prospect of the decade by baseball America.

Ive even heard people say he was the best prospect since Griffey .

I am very interested to see if someone can figure out a way to get that massive ability out of him.

    He is capable.

The Braves fucked him up bad.

They brought him to the big leagues 2 years too early.

As a matter of fact heyward would be an awesome bet on comeback player of the year.

Any decent books with odds on CBPOY?

Hea setup perfect for the award.
His struggles last year were very well documented.

Hes on a very high profile team in a very high profile situation.

This is the perfect setup for winning that award.

I would love to take a +500 or so bet on that.

They would probably give him the award for .270 20 80

He would not have to set the world on fire to win it

20-20 through 40 games in '15 and won 97, but go ahead and beat your chest like you already have a winner.

since the phillies suck my only rooting interest is against the cubs dodgers and nationals.

edit: the giants can't suck a fat one as well

    35 games into the season
    127 games remain

Everyone relax. This must be the same group of know-it-alls who was burying the Cubs last year in the NLCS and the WS.
