a) Chris Webber calling timeout with no timeouts?

b)Mathews at Vandy, intentionally fouling in backcourt, up by 1, under 15 sec.

Give it up Johnny, the ranting is getting a little old. Tomorrow's another day, and yes, there'll be more madness. GL with your action.

Hell, there's many more like Webber's. How 'bout the air ball Whittenburg threw up and not a damn Houston player paying attention and Charles catches it and slams it down as the buzzer goes off. That mistake by the Vandy kid pales in comparison to a litany of plays throughout the history of March Madness. Shit, that's how that banner formed, crazy-ass plays during the tourney.

Not Webber cause it wasn't entirely his fault. In some videos, you can clearly see his teammates yelling at him to call timeout from the bench. And Mich wasn't leading at the time.

So it's the other idiot since his team was up and he pretty much went rouge with the foul because coaches normally order intentional fouls and Bryce Drew wasn't even looking at him.

Today's play wasn't close to the bonehead plays of other people.

They still had a chance to win. And he thought his coach was signaling him to foul.

Webber was 1000% worse.

He looks at the coach and the coach is pointing at the guard to get him and I am guessing he thinks the coach is saying foul him so he does

you see kids fouling intentionally when they shouldn't on a fairly regular basis, usually on a team that's trailing or been trailing

I've seen teams that tied it up and their players still fouled

Something you see on a regular basis, a team climbs back into the game and is down one score with 40 or more seconds left and somebody still commits another intentional foul

Plus one with 15 seconds left face)(*^%, that kid is going to be haunted by that decision for the rest of his life

I gotta go with the Webber play, and the whole basketball universe watched that live
