Strong stuff there. Hitting up a brunch this morning with prime rib carving station then playing 18 holes then a little Masters while crushing some wings. Tidy little Saturday

Hey Willie.....Could you send me a copy of your heart diet book. I must have missed this page when I looked through mine. @):mad:That being said I will be going to a men's stag tonight and eating about a 20 inch ribeye.

one thing unique about my situation, I have no dietary restrictions other than moderation and weight loss.

no heart damage, no artificial parts, I'm supposed to be healthier today than I've been in decades, although nobody knew I had an issue when I had an issue either

I'm blaming it on tax season(s) and other substances, but not food (since none of my standard measurements were ever out of whack)

that's my story anyhow :)

enjoy that steak, I'm getting hungry

I'm waiting for me 9:00, think he's blowing me off

I'm OK with that, just pick a file from the pile and move on

Dinner last night. Bone-in ribeye, charred medium rare, bernaise. (Not pictured basalmic green beans and smashed redskins).

Tax season is awesome so far for me. Working day and night myself. I just count the days when it is over and I hit the golf course. Btw Willie moderation is key. Been doing it since the new year

I ask my Indian friend Ravi (dot, not feather) that I play basketball with, how come out of 1.5 billion people, the Indian nation produces so few athletes?

He replied quite honestly, it's because they refuse to eat meat, and end up with these weak, pasty, pencil neck geek bodies.
