After his last trial, his lawyers told him to "hang in there" and he obviously misunderstood...

what could have been

Think about it. Guy goes from catching passes from the NFL's all time greatest QB and playing for the greatest coach ever to sitting in a jail cell convicted of murder.

He probably sat there every single day wondering how he got from an NFL stadium cheered by thousands to taking a shower every morning with a bunch of cons and it just got to be too much.

I haven't been this conflicted over someone's death in a long time. The Christian in me grieves (maybe too strong a word) for someone so troubled who would end his life before possibly trying to somehow make something out of your worthless life and I grieve for his daughter that he brought into the world without a father. My human instinct thinks good....I'm glad we won't hear from you anymore....thanks for saving the people of Massachusetts a ton of money housing you for the next 50-60 years you might have been around....you're not only a cold-blooded murderer but a chicken shit...good riddance. A true tragic story or what was and what could have been.

Damn. Surprised so many making a joke out of this. I'm curious of the timing though.

The thought of 4/20 without no weed was too hard on a Ninja!

That's my joke, I guess, as above comment wasn't about Sunday hangings in Town Square. Now you can bring Sandusky into this, convincingly...

Real talk. I think he had it in his mind for a couple of years. Too much pride to sit in his jail cell the rest of his life. But sounds like the most common theme I am getting from this is that people do not give a fuck. So if that's the case then I have to ask the question, did he care? Because you never know what goes on in those prisons.....just saying. Guards entered the room before any investigators by nature that will happen. So it never is 1000% to the public. Only a few people know for certain. He was eligible for appeal next year for the first conviction. Brushed under the rug now. Cased Closed.

Don't they generally go out of their way in jail to make sure there isn't anything you can use to kill yourself with?
