Well, the Caps have been the most solid team this season long and after watching the first game of the series I am pretty sure that they are going to get the 1-1 before traveling to Pittsburgh for the third game.

The first match finished with a win for the Penguins but it was not fair at all. The best team on the ice was the home side by far. Of course that this is ice hockey where a single powerplay chance can turn the things around, but you always want to be in the side that is better on the ice and I am pretty sure that the Capitals will be that one.

In the first match the refs were one-sided. That was my apreciattion. Pittsburgh got 3 powerplay calls while Washington got just 1 and having watche the game, it sounds like a joke. Anyway, dont blame the referees in this one, but now is time for the Capitals to tie the series.

Pittsburgh was not better and I expect something similar in here. Fleury is a goalkeeper that collapsed plenty of times in the playoffs and I saw him with too many doubts in the first match, too many ugly rebounds that the Caps couldnt take advantage of but if he keep doing that ... problems are coming.

Washington has been the best team in the league this season, the best team playing at home with a 32-7-2 and now they are in a must win situation. Pittsburgh playing away has not great numbers either with a 19-15--7 and now that Fleury is on net that sounds worse for the Penguins imo. I expect the Capitals playing better like they did yesterday but this time with a happy ending. It is not easy to win two matches in a row depending that much on luck.
