anyone seen anything good?

ive been using this page (https://www.movieinsider.com/movies/-/2017) to watch. i would like to watch everything starting in january and continue thru the rest of the year.

ive seen hidden figures, which was good. i watched arsenal and patriots day yesterday. patriots day was really good, would def recommend that one. arsenal was very gory and decent at best.

whats good, if anything so far?

Some ive seen already at the theater:

Logan - liked it

King:skull island- not bad, not great

The Lego Batman Movie - Hilarious

Beauty & The Beast - Good family movie & enjoyed it more than i thought i would

The Fate Of The Furious- Full of action but these movies get more ridiculous each time

So many good ones still to come this year...

I saw Get Out and while it was ok/good 8.1 on IMDB I expected more.

Far from the Oscar list above however..

just watched gold. will prob be nominated for an oscar. best pic and best actor. not a big matthew mconnaughey fan but he was good. i also read somewhere that he put on 40 lbs for this one. pretty good movie. seems oscarish

watched abt the first 15 mins of wheeler but i couldnt get in to it. cool idea. apparently the lead actor played the music for the film live in nashville bars while in character. i may try to watch it again but its late for me.

unfortunately, my kids are just old enough that they seem to have better things to do than watch movies with me anymore

Yeah i know that day will come for me in a few years.

Right now my little girl, who's 9, loves spending time with her mother & i at night watching stuff together...
