Be tough to sweep the Spurs but the Rockets ability to exploit mismatches is real. They did the same thing to OKC, Kanter couldn't get off the bench in that series and people wondered why, well now you know why.
You can't play D liabilities vs Houston, SA is gonna need to get creative to hide some of those guys.

That was an angle I figured would happen, but also figured SA might be able to exploit Houston that way too. Why I thought stylistically it was a really interesting series.
D Green/Kawhi just cover for everyone so much on D vs most teams, especially during the regular season. Rockets do a good job spreading you thin and making everyone have to defend out to 25 feet.

One thing that was pretty cool was how D'Antoni/Harden really seemed to go out of their way to break Aldridge. They were targeting him defensively all 1st half, and when Houston switched him onto Ariza thinking the Rockets don't run a lot of two man game with him, they attacked him anyway. Just relentlessly. It's tough to play your game offensively when your getting cooked like that on the other end, it's just demoralizing.
Seems hard to envision SA winning this series without Aldridge being a lot better, so will be interesting to see how he responds.

The Rockets are legit, I think they're winning this series in surprisingly short fashion

It'll be interesting to see what adjustments the Spurs come up with but I think they should really focus on defensive lineups (maybe playing smaller) and cut the minutes of Lee/Gasol and even possibly Parker. Those guys are just probably gonna have a tough time dealing with the Rockets offense gameplanning to attack them. Spurs haven't played a smaller, quicker lineup much all year though. Always go with 2 traditional bigs. So it is a big adjustment in strategy.
It is a little difficult for a more established team/coach to just concede that much in style of play so early in the series, but I think it is probably correct.
This is what OKC did and they made 4/5 games in the series competitive despite being at a fairly significant talent deficit.

Always tough to match intensity/urgency/strategy in game 2 after you got the 1st 1 on the road.
