If you have never played there, don't, and if you are, maybe quit.
Along with closing your account if you show any trace of intelligence, they like to passive aggressively taunt you, make alarming threats about your balance for kicks, and unfairly mess with your standing with payment processors (which other books use) so it causes you trouble down the line with other books.
I played there for a short time about 5 years ago when I had a place in Canada and the crap they pulled is still causing me problems. They either won't answer emails (no live chat) or deny they did anything. Management says they have no way of blocking or red flagging a payment processor, which is a lie because when i pressed another book about why I couldn't use a deposit method they said it was because of Sports Interaction flagging the payment processor. This other book could have no way of even knowing I ever played there to make something like that up.
Joke book. I've read stories of disgruntled customers tracking down and surprise visiting their office and bomb threats being called in they're so awful.
