I've only played with these guys a few times. I used my credit card to deposit. I lost previously. A few weeks ago I made another deposit to play the Spurs against Houston for the series. I won that one so I requested a pay out of $500 to cover my deposit amount and then bet the rest on Kell Brooks vs Errol Spence. Before I first played with them they told me that payouts are free on Fridays. So I requested a payout on Friday for $500 and then I have the other bet pending. At first they sent me an email telling me that they can't process it because my address doesn't match with where the check is going. I sent them back an email telling them that's BS, it's the same exact address in my profile. Then they asked me to send in a copy of my utility bill. So I did that. Then they told me that they weren't going to process the payout (after I jumped through their hoops) but I can request it next Friday.

I told them if they try that crap with me I am going to do a charge back with American Express and rip them on social media. Then I got an email back from another guy telling me that there is no point going back and forth because they have no record of me requesting a payout.
These people are a flat out scam. I did the charge back but I want to file a complaint against them if they have some type of regulatory agency. Any suggestions on that?

A complaint on any bookmaker can be sent to IBAS or to the SBR website.

Sorry to hear this about betonline. I have nothing but good to say about them. Back in January I cashed out 4k with no problems at all. I also had to provide updated address as I had moved, mailed a utility bill and fulfilled all the obligations listed (rollover, with holding period, etc...) and had my check (2 seperate 2k checks) within 3 business days. Great book in my opinion.

1 downfall, but is the case with many books is the fees they charge on c/c deposits but there are plenty of other depositing methods out there

Betonline had reached out to me to get his information. But they got it from SBR because he was over there as well with this.
