sports-reference is the largest CFB stat site in the world ... sort of like you just found out about NASA or GOOGLE today :)

seriously, if you google something like "marcus allen college yards" SR will appear first in every result

site is great for stuff like finding all-time Bama rushing yards in a year or Heisman voting for a particular season

Thanks Clover...
Basically my take on the Ducks without being too specific (there's plenty about the specifics elsewhere)
is that what I have been saying all along is true. Last season was just a nasty glitch. They should return
true to form early on and their defense will also be a whole lot better than last season,

I doubt that they will have all the pieces put together because returning to NC game form ain't gonna
happen for these first term coaches. (Taggart and Leavitt) But watch that new guy calling the signals...
Justin Herbert has already dipped his big toe into the water last year and for a home town boy, he's
going to perform a lot better than people expect... I'm quite sure of that.

The Duck offense has its usual complement of big time playmakers and recruiting has gone amazingly well
for them. But give their defense at least a year to cook. They'll easily win 8 games this year -- maybe 9
They should light up the field as usual. But next year or possibly the year after that is when the Ducks
will get their 3rd shot at a natty. They'll need to solve Washington first. I'm not so sure that Sam Darnold
(USC's QB) will be enough to eclipse a well coached, well rounded and multi-talented Duck team. The Pac
has more than just a couple of good teams and that bodes well for any team that can run the gauntlet.
