Matt Cain
This likely will be Cain’s next-to-last start of May, and he’s probably happy to be finished with the month. He owns an 8.41 ERA in May, compared with 2.30 in April.

Jaime Garcia
Garcia turned in his best performance of the year last time out, allowing one earned run in eight innings, but lost to the Nationals. His command has improved of late, as opposing hitters are batting .222 against him over his last three starts.

Preview
The Giants have been hitting the ball better in the last 10 days and Matt Cain has to bounce back to this horrible May.
Garcia has been just too good to be true during last couple of outings.
He is the kind of pitcher that goes through a lot of up and down and hopefully today the Giants can walk over him.
For the Giants, 20-29, is a very important series against the Braves and at the AT&T Park on a game with barely even/even odds is for sure a nice value bet.
