Heritage Sports Continues to Rip Me Off!!!!

Amazing. I deposited $200. They gave me a measly $17 or so dollars. I didn't think much of it. I risked over $1000 worth of bets. I told them to move my winnings to bitcoin. You know what they said? I only ran $700 through and need $1000. I said but I bet a money line and risked $368 on my last bet only. Here is what they said. They take the LOWEST of the amounts in the bet. So even though I risked $368 of my own money they only count the $200 I won. All this over a measly $17 of bonus money! And all this on the heels of them NOT paying out my over wins on the Indians last year. You know why? Because the Indians had a game cancelled. This has nothing to do with my bet! I played the over and won with 1 LESS GAME!!!

Do what you want with these people. They are total thieves and I advise all of you to be on the look out!

Not thrilled with heritage customer service because I think they are idiots but I will say......they always pay.....got 3 checks for the max within weeks of each other without issue

you are correct in that area. see i was one of those original people that were transferred when another book shut its doors (forgot their name) so I've been there a while.

but some of this bullshit lately... i'm in a foul mood and deservedly so.

there was this guy here... wilhelm. he used to actually help out with disputes and he helped me once. I had a horse bet where in a super rare occurrence these days there was a field bet. well their system wasn't equiped to handle it so i had to bet 2-7-15 exacta box and 2-7-14 exacta box. well the system made them seperate so i called them and said we need to make the 14 and 15 as the field. he said no way so i said well if it pays off then you are going to double the payoff. of course i hit and it was over $200. and of course they only paid once. i came on here with my story and wilhelm talked to the book and they eventually changed it to a double pay off.

I was sent to heritage from the Greek. I miss Wally and Spiro....these customer service people at heritage never admit mistakes and aren't very knowledgeable. I took most of my money out of there.

I hate to say this because you're already pissed, but they may not count that towards your bonus. Not saying they will, but nothing would surprise me with some of these books when it comes to bonuses and rollovers.

i hear ya. i saw the $17 added to my account and said psssst thats nothing I'll bet 20 times that. and i did. just love how they rigged it.

i've been doing this since I have been 15 years old so if they think they got this wrapped they go another thing coming.
