Kinda sad that a guy who owned the world a few years ago can't walk in a straight line today. Totally f'd up. Sad.

He should have refused all tests and called in his lawyers.

Police routinely lie on arrest reports, especially with regard to suspected DUIs.

Major agencies in past decade have had their DUI arrest reports studied and found that upwards of 95% of pertinent alleged details were word for word boilerplate with all other arrests

Kinda sad that in today's Florida, people with chronic pain issues are only permitted to use heavy duty, highly addictive Rx pharms as treatment while in about 40% of the USA they can legally use cannabis without the debilitating side effects such as those displayed by Woods in this video

As noted in my previous post you would most likely find that 95% or more of his DUI arrests used precisely the same wording.

He should have refused all tests and called in his lawyers.

That is certainly the most sound course of action legally

"Bloodshot glassy eyes, slurred speech, smelled of intoxicants."

The holy trinity of DUI boilerplate language.

That being said, his performance on the Walk-and-turn was one of the worst I've ever seen.

If I'm that cop - Tiger is going in my car and I'm driving him home and telling him to get some sleep - it's obvious he was no threat to anyone unless he starts driving

You are right. But that was more of a 90's or before thing, not these days...unfortunately.
