We might have some spot plays for Evangeline and/or Lone Star tonight, later on. So check back for that.
Our last Belterra post was crazy. We had 15 of the 18 top 2 finishers of each race picked in our top 2.
Lets see how badly we bounce today.

#7 3-1 MIDNIGHT XPRESS - counting on maturity rate
#3 7-2 THE BIG GAMBLER - super solid contender
#6 4-1 TENSWEEP - positive ROI trainer could be sneaking in the best horse with suspicious public work tab. Obviously off-track prepared. Inspect.
#2 15-1 ROCKETMON - exotic booster, last race was a workout ... calc'd him at 39.5-mph in the stretch. So he does have some giddy-up.
... I'm not over-looking ML fav #1 (5-2) BOBBYS APPROVAL. His gun and run attempt in last is why he is favored. And while he certainly has a chance to win with same tactic, I believe he has just as much chance to fail from the 1 post. The lower price makes him a must play against type.
