Today I was thrilled as I was happy for my 1st freelance payment in bitcoins all done online. The site I use serve as a "wallet" for employees and employers to escrow and set milestones for projects/payments. Is a way of assuring the rep of said workers and employers.
So today I get the 1st pay... I request a Neteller deposit to they give me the address... and I request the withdrawal from the job page... takes half an hour, all good, sent. But in the meanwhile Neteller had already made a request for the funds, since funds were denied they declined the transaction. One my funds were released to Neteller they had no means of linking the $ to my account.
Apparently you gotta send to a wallet as coinbase or kraken and THEN to Neteller. To avoid the timing issue.
