I just have mixed opinions on things like this.
I dont believe someone should be able to come crying wolf 10-20-30 years after the fact.
Things change.
People change.
You should have to come forward within a reasonable time frame.
My only exception for this would be murder.
If you can't tell, id be in criminal defense if i were an attorney lol...
