yeah, cars in front of me, cars behind me. no where to go. Trust me, i would've loved to have left. Only reason I was there was cause its what the kids wanted. I just couldn't believe the utter non caring from a single person that works there. How do you not even tell someone sorry about the wait when its that long.
Makes much more sense now.
Most the fastfood around me has that extra lane where you can just bail out in times like this. Used to happen to me @ the KFC/Taco Bell drive through where it would take 15 minutes and it would only be a few cars. I left a Buffalo Wild Wings after sitting for 10 minutes without the waiter coming by to take a drink order or say it would be a few minutes. Think they have some of the worst service in the business
