Will we see Pinnacle back in the market?

Will we see each state having their OWN state run book?? Maybe a skin of another book?

Will they allow international books to enter the market? Provided fees are paid?

Will the lines be better or worse??

Will the books be allowed to BOOT YOU FOR WINS ??

Will the books be like (bullshit)BODOG? Or Bookmaker? Or Pinnacle? Or MATCHBET??

Pinnacle doesn't need players from the U.S, they are doing just fine.
I think the main problem is going to be is that the Owners of books like Pinnacle, Bookmaker, 5Dimes, etc
have been wanted by the Feds for Years.
is the DOJ going to just turn a Blind eye and let them Legally take wagers from U.S Players ??

Even if a couple of States get Gambling, it will not be in our Lifetime for All States.
I think it will be State owned because the U.S would have no way of watching over anything overseas
They will hire people from NV to run them.

Maybe down the line

Will the lines be better or worse??
If they hire people that don't have a clue, they will get hurt at first. But I still believe you will see
people that have worked in NV, from a Book there.

Will the books be allowed to BOOT YOU FOR WINS ??
NO, they don't boot Multiple Lottery Winners. But I'm sure they will watch to see if any REAL Sharp players
come in to wager. maybe they lower their limit ( if possible )

William Hill is the big boy that will have first dibs. Those other guys will have to open up a shop somewhere if they want in, and go through all the licensing stuff. Getting that license is not easy, I've heard getting a gambling license in Nevada is not easy.

You talking about the fake owners who got busted ??

I know that I've been out of that side of the business for about 8 or 9 years
But as far as I know there is One Owner and he hasn't been in the US in Years.....
He also had or still has Health issues, but that's not the reason why he can't come to the U.S.

I don't think any of these Big Shops would be coming to the US anytime soon.

Chazz is right, William Hill will be first in line, after that it will be other Casinos that now have roots in the areas trying to get Sports gambling.
You have to remember, when NJ was going to accept Sports wagers without going through the courts, William Hill was already set up at monmouth park
so it wouldn't take long for them to get it going once NJ get's the ok or wins in court.

Yep, will agree with Chazz here too.
They will need to offer better odds than the Legal books. You will see Promos Up the @ss from those guys
Either way, they Will lose business

Don't count your chickens... the Supreme Court could uphold PASPA and strike down sports betting everywhere.

https://www.legalsportsreport.com/1...al&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

that was a good article,,, offering balance,, no way in hell that will happen,,, TOOOOOO much downside in what has always been viewed by the legal system as a VICTIMLESS CRIME,,

HENCE,,, the reason NO BETTERS have barely ever been prosecuted, let me be clear, in AZ no one has ever been prosecuted,, especially "teh Great ONE" himself, Gretsky and his wife who they caught COLD putting 500000 bets on the 2006 superbowl,, lololol

victimless crime,,,

I don't believe anything will change for NV. No way they take gambling away from them.

Yep... Although it's an option for the Supreme Court, just no way they're gonna leave Nevada left as a ghost town of empty casinos...

So much to be seen.

EVEN IF NJ gets rejected, it could still mean legalization is coming eventually with Federal regulation throughout the nation, which is what the leagues actually prefer. Let's not forget there are other organizations currently fighting for PASPA to repealed.

Federal regulation could make more sense and be the easiest path, rather than let each individual state who chooses to offer it, make up their own rules.

That might add too much confusion in getting the ball rolling.

So even though it would disappointing to see New Jersey shot down, it could be that the courts simply have bigger plans.

There is and has been stuff going on behind closed doors.
Reps from NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL didn't meet privately, and secretly at the time, with the American Gaming Association a few weeks ago to get educated on in it all, for no reason...

Do you guys really think offshore (or former) companies would be allowed to operate in states?

I wouldn't think the states & govt would want any association with them/that.

Especially since one of the biggest arguments to get legalization is the illegal betting going on.

Now, maybe, if they present & offer their services to the states under completely different names & new companies...
