Not sure what you are saying.
Either in Vegas or Online Sports books like Pinnaclesports, 5dimes etc. you got two options
Listed Pitchers: Where you bet to that line and if one of the two listed pitchers doesn't start, the bet is voided.
ML: Where the bet goes anyways and if the pitchers change, it changes the line as well.
There are no other ways to bet and I always bet listed because ML it's completely crazy when you put down your money and you don't know which pitcher starts and which line you are going to bet.
