Investigating this a little further it turns out she had escaped from a rehab center, left a suicide note at her home, and gave herself a lethal amount of something using a needle. The car had tinted windows and a visor over the dashboard, a worker decided to try to look inside the vehicle after noticing it sitting there for weeks.
