Dumbest Request By Sportsbook

I have been using Bookmaker for probably 20+ years.

Lately I am getting more and more unhappy with them as a book. They get wimpier and wimpier all of the time. Dont allow certain combinations on parlays....for example.

This morning I placed a bet and used a Bonus Play. About a 1/2 an hour later I decide to double the bet. Went to place a new bet....with a freeplay. Would not take it because you can only have one Bonus Play on a game. If I wanted to I could have originally placed a wager twice as big.....but I couldnt put in two plays. I thought that was dumb enough but it gets worse.

Now they want me to provide them with a picture id with my date of birth on it. Are you kidding me....what next my social security number? What a dumb request.......like I couldnt forge a picture id and birthday.

What offshore books do some of you use? I tend to not trust the offshore industry.....probably the reason I stayed with Bookmaker so long. I saw some of the scams first hand back in the day.

Standard practice asking for that info...wait when you go to cash out. You're gonna have a heart attack when they ask for front and back of card you used to deposit and a bill showing address

Bookmaker is the best. I've requested a payout in the AM and received it at 6pm same day. They can't wait to pay. As far as info they request- it's standard if you have deposited using a card. Why don't you use a prepaid card exclusive to them? If you've played with them for years this shouldn't be an issue. Good luck
