Wednesday:

Lottery Director Alan Larrick said Lottery officials are studying ways to implement sports betting at state casinos, should the U.S. Supreme Court overturn a federal law banning sports betting outside Nevada. The court in June agreed to hear two New Jersey cases seeking to overturn the ban, with arguments set for this fall.

“We’d like to be able to move as quickly as possible ... should that happen,” he said.

There are some states standing side by side in support of New Jersey fighting for their rights to legalize sports betting.

Then you have states like this, looking to capitalize when & if the ones who did all the work, win.

I don't like that...
