Crazy ass story, apparently Phil has something of a gambling issue, as in, he likes to gamble.....A LOT. I never knew that about him, hell, never seen him in Vegas during the SB or MM. So he buys the stock to pay Billy off, but Billy fails to tell him the tip was from the CEO of the company, LOL. What the hell was his agent doing while all this went down, LOL.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah not sure about that. Man is standup here in Charlotte, I guess he could have done that shit in his "youth" but certainly not now. I contribute to one of his charities so I get a little face time now and then, all business these days.

Vegas used to send limousines for he and Barkley ... his baseball skills were rather underwhelming.
