Like mentioned above, have them remove excess dirt, unless you need it somewhere else
Is this fence wood or vinyl?
If wood, is ALL the lumber treated?
The outside panels, what is the exact sizes of those planks, if they are like the ones that Lowes or HD sells ( 6' x 5'' by inch thick) then buy extra ones cause they are cheap and will not last you 4 months, you'll end up replacing them
