Two $100 wagers made at the Southpoint.

One on Honduras -1.5 against French Guiana at the Gold Cup 7/11

Second on Honduras/French Guiana Over 3 at the Gold Cup 7/11

Game ends 0-0 but after the game, Fifa rules French Guiana played with an ineligible player and officially rules the match 3-0 Honduras.

99% of books ruled the match "no action."

I send my tickets in and got a letter back today with them stating the game ended 0-0 so I lose.

French Guiana Field Ineligible Florent Malouda vs. Honduras in 2017 Gold Cup.

French Guiana fielded the ineligible Florent Malouda in their Gold Cup match against Honduras on Tuesday, a move which is likely to result in them forfeiting the match.
Per Alexi Lalas of Fox Sports, the national team not only started the 37-year-old, but also gave him the captain's armband, and the disciplinary committee is expected to hand an automatic 3-0 victory for Honduras:The teams played out a goalless stalemate in the match, per the Gold Cup:
Malouda was born in Cayenne, French Guiana's capital, but he spent his entire international career with France.
He earned 80 caps for Les Bleus appearing at the FIFA World Cup in 2006 and 2010, in which he scored France's only goal, and UEFA Euro 2012, which was the last time he played for them.
While the fact French Guiana are not recognised by FIFA and can't participate in the World Cup allowed some to believe he would be able to restart his international career with his country of birth, CONCACAF declared before the tournament that he would not be allowed to play.
"The rules say he's ineligible," a CONCACAF spokesperson told Brian Straus of Sports Illustrated. "We are using FIFA rules, and so a player who has played in an official match for a different [national team] cannot play in Gold Cup. More precisely, he is not eligible to play. He can play, but he's not eligible."
French Guiana lost 4-2 to Canada in their opening match. After opting to field Malouda for their second game, their likely forfeit of the point they earned will almost certainly bring an end to their chances of progressing from Group A, unless they convincingly beat Costa Rica in their final match and Canada defeat Honduras.
Malouda scored 45 goals in 238 appearances for Chelsea in a six-year spell at Stamford Bridge, albeit he did not make a single appearance for them in his final season, and he won the Premier League, the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup three times with the Blues.
The winger also won four consecutive Ligue 1 titles with Lyon prior to joining Chelsea, and he had spells with Guingamp, Trabzonspor and Metz over the course of his career, among others.

Guys were talking about this game in another forum.

My bets were refunded today. No action, cancelled the bets. This included first half GL, First half total, game ML and GL. Substancial amount of money back!! So glad all the HATERS were wrong and the books did the right thing. (mine at least). Thank you to everyone who chimed in! Got me some Costa Rica tonight just out of spite for that little sh*t of a nation called the French Guiana.

1 guy claims He didn`t get a refund from Pinnacle 0-0 final...........He posted these rules.....Pinnacle rules.

Soccer

  1. Soccer kickoff dates and times displayed on our website are an indication only and are not guaranteed to be correct. If a match does not start as scheduled, and does not start the same day (local time of the match site) then wagers on the match will have no action and be refunded.
The exception being any wager on whether a team advances in a cup competition, or raises the cup, will have action regardless of a suspended or postponed match
  2. If the wagering offer on a match includes the draw as a third option and the match ends in a draw, wagers on the draw will be paid, while wagers on both teams will be lost.
  3. Wagers will be decided on games with two halves scheduled for 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. It does not include periods of extra time nor penalty shootouts. Occasionally, tournaments, friendlies, or other matches may have time frames different than two 45 minute halves. If Pinnacle does not announce this special playing time before the start of the game all bets will be considered void and stakes returned. If, in a game scheduled for two halves of 45 minutes each, a referee ends the game with an official result with what appears to be a time different than 2 halves of 45 minutes each, wagers will have action. If a referee declares a game abandoned for any reason, wagers will be void and stakes returned.
    For example:
9 May 2010: Fortuna Dusseldorf vs Hansa Rostock:
The match was suspended and resumed shortly afterwards twice for crowd disturbances. The referee decided not to add extra time for the 2nd suspension and ended the match with an official result after only 87 minutes were played. In this case all wagers had action since the match was not abandoned. The referee ended the match with an official result.
17 October 2010: FC Ashdod vs Hapoel Beer Sheva:
The match was abandoned by the referee during injury time in the 93rd minute because of crowd disturbances. At a later date, Hapoel Beer Sheve was awarded a technical win by the governing Football Association. In this case, all wagers were voided since the match was abandoned. It was irrelevant that 90 minutes were completed or that match was in injury time since the referee abandoned the match. In addition, for grading purposes, awarded technical results are not taken into consideration.
26 June 2011: River Plate vs Belgrano:
The match was ended by the referee with an official result (1:1) in the 90th minute without adding injury time because of crowd disturbances. In this case, all wagers had action because the match was not abandoned. The referee ended the match with an official result.
  4. If a match is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, (local time of the match site) wagers on the outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes shall be returned. If a match is suspended before full time is reached and not resumed the same day, (local time of the match site) wagers related to just the first half will have action, only if the first half has been completed. However, in the case of a suspended match not resumed the same day, (local time of the match site) most other proposition wagers not strictly related to the first half will have no action. These will include, but aren't limited to: corner kicks, offsides, players to be sent off, red/yellow cards, both teams to score, correct score, time of first goal, clean sheet, and specific players to score/not score. For further clarity, a bet on both teams to score will be void in a suspended match, even if both teams have already scored. Likewise, a wager on a player to score/not score will have no action in a suspended match, even if that player already scored. Likewise, a wager on when the first goal will be scored will have no action in a suspended match, regardless of whether a goal has been scored. Likewise all corner/offside bets will be void in a suspended match, even if the number has exceeded the posted over/under. Propositions on the team to score first, or next, will have action if there is a goal in a suspended match.
  5. Handicap Betting: Soccer games may have either a Single Handicap or a Double Handicap.
Single Handicap: This bet type is similar to a bet on the spread in basketball.
    For example:
    Arsenal
    Newcastle

    -1, -125
    +1, +113

If Arsenal wins the match by two goals or more, Arsenal bettors win and Newcastle bettors lose. If the match is drawn or if Newcastle wins, Newcastle bettors win and Arsenal bettors lose. If Arsenal wins by exactly one goal, all bettors receive a refund.
Double Handicap: This bet type splits a wager into two bets, each with the same moneyline, but at a different single handicap.
    For example:
    Real Madrid
    Barcelona

    -1 and -1.5, -108
    +1 and +1.5, +100

A client who bets $100 on Real Madrid actually has two separate bets on Real Madrid: $50 on Real Madrid -1 at -108 and $50 on Real Madrid -1.5 at -108.
A client who bets $50 on Barcelona actually has two separate bets on Barcelona: $25 on Barcelona +1 at +100 and $25 on Barcelona +1.5 at +100.
  6. Overs/Unders: A match must reach full time for wagers on the total number of goals scored in the match to be valid.
  7. Should there be a dispute over a proposition (examples include, but are not limited to: name of the first goalscorer; time of a goal) wagers will be settled and paid based on the reports of the sporting media.
  8. Wagers on the first half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the first half. If the first half is not completed, wagers shall be void and stakes returned.
  9. Wagers on the second half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the second half. Extra periods, golden goals, and shootouts are not included in second half wagering. Goals scored in the first half do not count toward the second half wager.
Example: Suppose AC Milan lead Juventus 1-0 at half time and the odds on the second half are Juventus -0.5. The -0.5 applies to the second half of play only. Therefore Juventus bettors win if Juventus scores more goals in the second half than AC Milan scores in the second half. AC Milan bettors win if the teams score an equal number of goals in the second half, or if AC Milan scores more goals in the second half than Juventus scores in the second half.
The match must reach full time for second half wagers to stand.
  10. Bets on teams to qualify or to advance to the next round of a competition:
Bets are paid out on the referee’s final whistle at the match’s natural conclusion, whether the match is decided in regular time, extra time, or in a penalty shootout. Extra time and penalty shootouts are always included for betting purposes.
In a one-leg match all bets have action once the match kicks off. If the referee abandons a one-leg match (for reasons including, but not limited to: crowd disturbances, unplayability of the pitch, or one team not having enough players to continue) bets will be paid based on decisions of the relevant governing body. Bets will stand while the governing body considers the circumstances of the abandonment and determines what remedy is to be taken (including, but no limited to: forfeiture, resumption of play at a later time, or a replay). If a team is disqualified before the match kicks off, all bets are void. If the rules prescribe a replay for a drawn match, all bets stand for the replay.
In a two-leg match, all bets have action once the second leg kicks off, provided that the first leg has not been ruled a forfeit. If the first leg is ruled a forfeit, all bets on teams ‘to qualify’ or ‘to advance’ are void. If the second leg is abandoned, all bets remain valid and will be paid based on decisions of the relevant governing body.
  11. Wagers made on a team winning a specific cup or trophy will have action through Extra Time and Penalty Kicks. For example, a bet made on AC Milan to win the Champions League Trophy would have action through Extra Time and Penalty Kicks and would be graded on the result after those added sessions(if they were needed to be played).
  12. For proposition bets concerning total number of goals on a specific day in a specific league/competition, the exact number of matches must be played on that day and wagers will be decided based on two halves of 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. Goals scored in periods of extra time or penalty shootouts do not count.

For example, a prop for total number of goals for 3 English Premiere matches on a Sunday, must have all 3 matches completed for action on that day. If one or more games is not played (or completed) on that Sunday, the wager has no action.
  13. For proposition bets concerning home vs away goals on a specific day in a specific league/competition, the exact number of matches must be played on that day and wagers will be decided based on two halves of 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. Goals scored in periods of extra time or penalty shootouts do not count.

For example, a prop for home vs away goals for 3 English Premiere matches on a Sunday, must have all 3 matches completed for action on that day. If one or more games is not played (or completed) on that Sunday, the wager has no action.
  14. For proposition bets concerning home vs away goals for a given League or competition on a given day, the team listed on top in a neutral field game (denoted by "(n)") will be considered the home team.
  15. Player Proposition:
    1. A proposition bet concerning if a player will score, or not score, in a specific match includes regulation time (plus injury time) only. Own goals do not count. For wagers to have action, the player must start the match. Bets on any player who does not start the match will be cancelled.
    2. Hat Trick and Brace Propositions: For grading purposes, only goals in regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included. Own goals do not count.
  16. Bookings Propositions:
    1. For grading purposes, both yellow and red cards are included in Bookings Propositions. Yellow cards count as 1 point and red cards count as 2 points.
    2. Two yellow cards shown to the same player leading to an automatic red card will count as 3 points: 1 point for the 1st yellow card and 2 points for the red card. The 2nd yellow card will not be counted.
    3. For grading purposes, yellow or red cards shown to any “non-player” (player on the bench, manager, coach or other staff) do not count for Bookings Propositions.
    4. Yellow or red cards shown during periods of extra time are not included. Only yellow and red cards shown during regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included.
    5. Yellow and red cards shown during the half time break are counted for 2nd half and full time Bookings Propositions.
  17. Corner Kick Proposition: For grading purposes, Corner Kicks which happen in periods of extra time are not included. Only Corner Kicks which take place during regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included.
  18. Offsides Proposition: For grading purposes, Offsides which happen in periods of extra time are not included. Only Offsides which take place during regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included.
  19. Exact Score, Total number of Goals, Team Number of Goals, Both Teams to Score, Double Chance and any Handicap Propositions: For grading purposes, only goals in regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages, are included.
  20. Head to Head Last Longer Propositions:
    1. Winner will be decided on who advances further in tournament. In a Head to Head between two teams that reach the final, the winner of the final will be graded as team to advance further.
    2. If two teams go out in same round, or both in group stage, then Head to Head proposition between these teams will be graded as no action, regardless of the time or date of their respective games or regardless of their standing in group.
  21. In any match with a forfeit, all wagers will have no action, regardless of how the governing body of that league scores a forfeit.
  22. For proposition wagers on which team will score first, only goals in regulation time or any added injury time will count. If there are zero goals in regulation/injury time, then all wagers on this proposition will have no action and be refunded.
  23. For halftime/fulltime score propositions, only goals in regulation time or any added injury time will count. If match does not go full time, then all wagers on this proposition will be refunded.
  24. For correct score propositions, only goals in regulation time or any added injury time will count. If the score is 0-0 in Full Time, then no goals or exact score of 0-0 will be declared the winner.
  25. A Clean Sheet will be defined as a team not allowing a goal in regulation or added injury time only. Any goals allowed in Extra Time or Penalty shootouts will not affect this wager.
  26. For "will a team have a clean sheet and win" propositions, the team must have a clean sheet(as defined above) and be ahead at the end of regulation/injury time. If the team is not ahead at the end of regulation/injury time, then the related proposition will be graded NO.
  27. Any discipline (yellow card, red card, sending off, penalty) that occurs after the whistle that ends regulation time will not count toward related propositions for that match.
  28. At times (in the Champion's League or other major competitions) we may offer the proposition "will both Team A and Team B win on a given day." Wagers on this proposition will be graded based on Full Time (extra time, and shootouts are not included). If either team does not win in Full Time, then NO bets will be graded as winners and YES bets will lose.
For action, both games must reach Full Time. If either game is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, (local time of the match site) wagers on the outcome of this proposition are considered void and all stakes shall be returned.
  29. Entire Tournament Propositions
    1. Entire Tournament Propositions (for example World Cup or EURO): For grading purposes, the following propositions which are related to the activity over the entire tournament (and not individual games) will include extra time, but not penalty shoot-outs:
      1. Total goals in the entire tournament by individuals,
      2. Who will score more goals matchups between individuals
      3. Total goals scored by each country over the entire tournament,
      4. Who will score more goals matchups between countries,
      5. Will a hat trick be scored in any game of the tournament.
      6. Total Tournament Corners: All Teams
    2. Bookings: Please note that unlike individual game rules, if a player receives a yellow or red card after the final whistle of regulation, these cards will count toward proposition for entire tournament total. Red and Yellow cards received during extra time or during penalty shoot-outs also will count toward the entire tournament total.
    3. In the case of a tie for the "Top goalscorer" proposition, the most number of assists from a player will be used as the first tiebreaker. If there is still a tie, then the least minutes played will be used as second tiebreaker.
    4. For all "Who will score more goals" matchups, both players must play in the first game of their respective team for bets to have action.
    5. For all propositions concerning an individual player's over/under goals for the entire tournament, that player must play in his team's first game of the tournament for bets to have action.
    6. When wagering on the total number of red cards in a tournament or competition, red cards shown to a player as a result of the second yellow card will be included in the grading of the wager.

Hope you took pics of your tickets before you mailed them. If so, you should be gold at getting your $$ back.

I don't know if it has been mentioned but go to the gaming board. They will give you a ruling. I had a problem with a sportsbook and they took care of the problem.

Talk to sports book manager and let him know you are going to take it to the gaming board. Most likely you will get paid if you say that, no one likes GB sniffing around especially if it's a legit claim.

Does this prevent me from getting a "no action" verdict? Official Southpoint sportsbook rule.

  1. ALL SOCCER GRADED AFTER 90 MINUTES AND STOPPAGE TIME, UNLESS STIPULATED. MATCH MUST BE COMPLETED (90 MINUTES + STOPPAGE TIME) ON SCHEDULED DATE FOR ACTION.
