Winston put up pretty good number last year with only 1 true go to guy in Mike Evans.

Bucs have added other weapons around him, most notably DeSean Jackson & rookies OJ Howard & Chris Godwin.

Can Jameis put up top 5 Fantasy stats?

He sure "could" be. The site I used happens to have him projected as 8th pts getting QB this up coming year. He finished 12th QB in pts last year in my league. There is no reason he shouldn't jump up a few spots with the extra tools he has know. Im actually keeping him in one of my leagues.

He will come cheap in drafts and pay off well. Goo risk / reward pickup

I say no because I don't think he runs enough, that's what separates the top FF QBs.

He is a tempting pickup but I'm laying off him for the reason that his offensive line sucks.

I will take Mike Evans in fantasy football every single year if I can. I got him somehow in the 4th round last year(no clue how) My guess he will be 2nd rounder this year though. He is under appreciated imo. I also saw something on him that he is a fucking soldier. He will suit up no matter what if it is anyway possible.

DeSean Jackson is a great pick-up for the Bucs.....Only 30 yrs. old.

I've been taking Evans at 1.8 in my mocks. I think Winston will be top 5.

Very good chance. Play a weaker pass def schedule and a better off schedule. Def sucks and so do the rb's so he will be throwing a lot. Jackson adds another dimension to their off and really should open up routes for Humphries. Jameis loves te's and the one they added was a top tier talent.

Fantasy wise he's been pretty good. Take away the game against Buf when he got injured early and he's been top 7 or 8.

Benched him this week and he went off. He's extremely inconsistent. Goes off in bad matchup (at giants, at buffalo) and sucks in good matchups like the patriots and bears at home

I think he will get to one.

Brady, Brees, Rothlesberger all going to be out of the league in 4 years max. Rodgers will be on his last leg(probably gets another sb). Winston is still immature. Wait til he's a savy vet. Plus he has the closest thing to Randy Moss maybe ever.
