They payouts are pretty legit. You qualify the lead and pass it to a closer.

You will be contacting high net worth investors and introducing them to an opportunity to invest directly into a public company. You will be qualifying leads for sales. You are looking for friendly, liquid, open minded investors that can appreciate what we're doing and want a shot at making a 10:1 return on their investment.

It's a Cinch if you have proof of concept... lol.. investors would trip over their Dix to make a dollar..
(All u gotta do is look at the current stock market, new records every week).

Once public, the VCs typically fade away...as do the more reasonable chances at 10x returns...those are early/seed round numbers...do you mean private cos? They are the ones competing for VC dollars. Once public they don't need the VCs much and those board members representing VCs usually roll off the board once they make it public...their work is done and they go looking for next startup to invest in....

Unless you are talking pink sheet companies / OTC stocks. That is a shady world!

Elio motors and bobby flays new burger venture are using some alternative way of doing an ipo..not just otc anymore
