lol you are really humoring that maybe it was an accident or he was in the wrong place at wrong time? I saw the video, so I witnessed it. It was very much with a purpose. A woman is dead, and at least 5 are in critical condition. If you witness a murder, do you have to wait for the police to conduct their instigation before you are a witness to a murder?
