being on the awful Lakers team, he will probably shine brighter than some of the other Rookies on decent & good teams. Hard to lay money on anyone else at the current odds.

I like Ben Simmons as a small sleeper. Being around a team for a whole year even if he was injured should help him get up to speed quickly. Sixers should win more games than the Lakers too, which could help get him more votes
