i took them to win the division at 4/1 and over 6.5 wins.. i still like it although its based mainly on risk/reward. team has talent and division has concerns on every other team at qb. he sucks for sure, henne not much better. surprised they didnt make a run at romo, cutler, or another qb because there is enough talent on this team to be above 500 and win the division.
well fournette was out and it's only preseason so lets just wait and see how that helps open up the passing game

Breaux will be back around week 3. Ken Crawley is in his second year at CB and looks to be better. PJ Williams is another good CB. Lattimore is the real deal in man coverage. AJ Klein and Anzalone are making plays at LB. DE Cam Jordan is as good as he can be. Okafor, Kikaha, Rookie Muhammad are all good at DE. Rankins, Onyemata, and Davison are good at DT. The defense seems to be improved. C Max Unger is back. RT Strief just injured his wrist. No news on how bad yet. The running game should be pretty good again this year. The Offensive line is a concern right now but we have a ways to go. It was a big concern last year also and it turned out well.
One thing to note is that the GM and HC are truly running the entire organization. Owner Tom Benson has no say so on team matters. There is no accountability on this team at top. It looks as though Loomis and Payton are making the right decisions to go forward but we will have to see because right now, their jobs arent in jeopardy. With no one to answer to this team better be on teh right path because fans are going to be calling for their heads if this team doesnt improve this year. Brees could leave if they dont make the playoffs, but I really believe he will retire a Saint.
