Well the instructions came in the box, and they are in japanese.. lol it's a solar powerd fishing lure, it vibrates mimicking a drowned locust/insect...
Pretty clever...

download google translate app on your phone. it is awesome. you take a picture of japanese writing and it will translate to english for you. Might be a little broken because sentence structure is different for different languages but you will be able to figure it out.
