Just got word everything has to be done via online/online chat....no more taking phone calls for customer service/wagers etc.

I heard about that. Sending out emails and such, but I never got one.

Do NOT like that format.

Pinnacle can pull it off b/c they're the best and incredible. Have to see how it plays out.


Anyone tried calling them?
