I have looked at this game with all the usual angles and I cant come up with a side, because the numbers are that close. Yet Tampa is -163 but aha th eline has not moved yet...maybe it moves against us but I am going to gamble here.

Cap the game try and find an angle that supports laying -160 on Archer on the road.
