I believe you can buy it to stream online from your laptop or tablet, $69.99 x 4 months here, http://www.nfl.com/nflsundaytickettv

but if you're going to do the last one, you are much better off with the Savage or Firestick

If you have a firestick you don't even have to jailbreak it to watch it. Set up an account on the nfl.com and the firestick comes pre-loaded with the app.
