I would figure out a way to get him in the game and get the ball in his hands and let him go.

Draft picks are a crap shoot the majority of the time and he's definitely worth a roll of the spotted blocks.

Vick was a better athlete and had a better build to take the pounding of the NFL and injuries eventually caught up with him. He's definitely no Vick, Jacksonville will be looking for another QB in 4 years if they draft him.

Probably not as a QB, but he's such a great athlete you'd think he could play some slot WR and return kicks.

L5Y, USC is 4-0 vs SEC, outscoring them 167-48!!!

Nope, but Sam Darnold will be. He's the complete package. Ready to start in the NFL now.

Wow a lot of LJ doubters out the gate.

Great bump.

I don’t look at his color, I look at his style.

My only concern is once teams adjust to his running and he takes big hit after big hit, how many years will he be a running threat?

Once he’s not a running threat will his passing continue to improve?

I hope they go to the Super Bowl!

I hope we get a great game where we don’t mention the Refs one time.

Big hits are obviously a concern to any QB these days.

The average career of an NFL player is only 3.3 years. Obviously you want you star QB to far surpass that and he will.

As he gets older slows down and defenses “figure” him out he will have to rely on his throws more.

To me he has turned out to be a gem for the Ravens and exactly what they needed at the time, they were going no where with Flacco.

I don’t think race plays any part of it either....

The Ravens better win in the next couple years. As awesome as he had been I don't see it lasting.

For one, teams will probably adjust, as they usually do in the NFL to anything that is different and new.

Second, he is going to get hurt. Even the big strong guys like Luck, Cam, Wentz get hurt and dinged up when they run, it takes a toll no matter who it is no matter how strong they are. Even the speed guys like Vick, RG3, it doesn't descriminate.

It's silly to me when I hear the Lamar Jackson touters say it's different for him because he avoids serious contact. Thats bullshit. I've seen parts of maybe 3-4 of his games this year and seen him get clobbers at least 4-5 times. The thing is, it doesn't have to be a big hit, it's more likely to be an innocent looking tackle where he leg gets caught or something.

He shouldn't change, he should ride his legs as long as they last. It's what makes him special, but I don't think it will last that long.

This season he has been unbelievable but very doubtful he can do it over
several seasons without serious injury. A running QB over a 16 game regular
season takes a pounding.

LOL.

First off nobody has done what he is doing right now. Secondly, why not ask Mahomes to throw for 50 tds again? Why can’t Brady throw for 50 again? Why didn’t Peyton Manning throw for 55 tds again? Why didn’t Adrian Peterson or Chris Johnson run for 2000 again?

Asking an athlete to duplicate something that nobody has ever done...and then saying he won’t do it again. Do you realize how idiotic that is? NOBODY duplicates coming off an amazing season that they just had just a season later. It’s impossible. This is why so many people suck at fantasy football.

Lmfao your position is pointless. You must not be watching
