Both teams looked terrible in week 1 and someone has to be the favorite ,who knows what happens!
The Bengal defense played well enough against the Ravens..They held the Ravens to just 268 total yards but allowed them to run for 157 yards to keep the clock moving on long drives. Linebacker Vincent Rey led the Bengals with 11 tackles, while DT Geno Atkins added seven tackles and a sack. The offense is the problem for Bengals, MR.Dalton was picked off 4 times, lost a fumble was sacked 5 times and if that's not bad enough hit on 3 occasions. The O-Line is terrible in protecting Dalton. Texans have huge QB problem and need LT Brown too. Cincy should also bounce back against a defense that has to be questioning themselves right now. QB Tom Savage lasted one half before being replaced by first-round pick Deshaun Watson, who will likely get the start in Cincinnati [Look Out !!! first-round pick!!!!!!]]].QB Deshawn Watson starts for the Texans. Although he is a rookie, starting his first NFL game, and will make too !! too !! many mistakes against Cincy defense. A important factor> The Texans had a lost day on Monday, a practice day on Tuesday, a travel day on Wednesday, and a walkthrough on Thursday, in all likelihood, That’s a very tough spot for the Texans.
Cincy has too many weapons to be this underwhelming stats after the 1st home game. My Power-Rating after the 1st week>>>Cincy at home after shut-loss 20-0, of which the home team covered 70% in last 37 years. 9-2 ATS last of 11 following a loss by double digits have covered by a home team with points. This line opened at -3 1/2 Cincy and went to-5 [public is piling on the favorite].by now -6 in most books, Danny Sheridan power rating, Dunkel Index power rating has game about + 4 Cincy[ I am not going to bore you with there stats, not easy to analyze or understand; complicated].The DVAXN Group 25 NFL Football Outsiders Powering rating [Cleveland OH] ~ >>> Statistics that measure Match-ups in-game productivity///Defense-adjusted line Yards ///Running backs and there offensive line statistics///possession-by-possession basis time in play has this game +7 Offense points +8 Defense points -1 My Prediction> Bengals by 7 points
NOTE >>> Starting with week #2 it's more to my advantage to make small bets, and save the larger bets for later in the season. I use money management system from late Bob Martin[ Vegas ] Slow moves for 1st three weeks with my bets and I press bets a lot with short money on 1st 3 weeks of NFL season. *** Some stats and information taken from internet sports media and other sources. I know Cincinnati struggled in the opener and Dalton looked horrible but home game against a weak, weak weak Houston team? I'll lay the points and not think twice about it. Houston got beat the hell up last week, terrible spot for them to be on a short week.Texans so banged up with there secondary Dalton should have a field day with A.J. Green and company....
