figure how this is happening that someone has stolen my debit card
information and using the card to make purchases. Then the last two times I tried to
make a deposit into my offshore account my bank refused deposit until I called and
spoke to the bank. The bank told me the depositor is a known fraudulent account.
Does anyone out there having the same problem I am having?

I'm from the "old school", my wagers are made via phone; I have been using the same "local" for over 30 years. His lines are usually spot-on when I make the call. We settle-up every Tuesday morning over a cup of coffee during football season. One potential problem: He is the same age I am (that makes him very old) so he, like me, could "check-out" during the time the bet(s) are made and the debt of honor is paid so we have an agreement; If one of us "goes" during this time, the obligation is forgiven...ha
