Time to take a long look at CTE at the College level

what are the equipment regulations in college ?

I see a lot of these things happening at odd Schools. meaning less known Schools.
so do these schools have the same equipment as Known schools ?

I have no clue, that's why i'm asking

Some People would have their minds absolutely BLOWN by how common an occurrence this was in the early 1900's. Yeah like about 100 Years Ago....and even maybe a bit longer ago than that but even down to below High School Level...it was not uncommon for young people to lose their lives from Football. Just Sayin'....if History is a thing that interests you, its a trip to read about the struggles Society had back then, with it and somewhat remarkable that Football survived the Fervor, that existed.....back in time.

Great Questions. I feel like we are close to technology that....sensors get embedded within Uniforms that Signal The End of a Play....it'll be just a matter of Wrapping Up....Tackle will be dictated by Electronic Sensors. I believe Run-Backs will get eliminated: Kick-Offs, Punt Returns...

No Idea what'll be done about Interception Returns. I anticipate Changes to The Game that will be pretty massive.

I did see one story where they've created Dummies on Wheels that can be operated like drones, or Remote Controlled Cars....that can be used in Practices so as to eliminate that contact.
