On the flip side, had he lived...,it would have been hell for him with severe CTE so early

If he had CTE then you gotta think like every DL/LB/OL/TE does as well.

Hern was pretty shifty in the open field, didn't really take too many big hits. I'm not even sure if he had any official concussions.

How do you prove causation? Hernandez played football for likely a dozen or more years. Only 3 in NFL. Tough claim to make.

exactly. college football, pop warner, bar fights, and high school football would be more culpable than the nfl ... just a bullshit money grab to make the lawyers rich

I'm not sure they know all the causes of CTE, it's not like they do autopsy's on everybody or they're looking for CTE on anybody except football players

We might eventually learn that many more people actually have it, and maybe it's caused by stuff like crack or alcohol too

pop warner never researched ate .. the nfl did .. they turned a blind eye to hernandez and never counseled him and advised him on
his health.. only the Belichik (consigliere of the Kraft crime family) counseled aaron on techniques to evade law enforcement
by getting him the flop house out in the sticks

if you think Baez hasn't figured this case out back and forth you are a fool.. he is a one man gang of justice , the crafts know it .. they offered to settle for a much larger amount than they wanted too.. Baez rolled the dice and got the results he prayed for .. the Krafts might as well start liquidating assets as we speak.. this will be a monster size settlement when the dust settles.

jose baez abouyt to change the game.. get ready for a day when the concussion protocol is vastly expanded to include a CTE protocol when thermo X-ray imaging advances allow to predict the onset of CTE in real time on the sideline the same way referees huddle to go over a reply they will have doctors similar to a ring doctor looking at X-rays of brains in real time on the sideline
