Anyone Else Think This Is wrong

Chargers go up 26-22 and decide to kick XP...When even if NYG score TD they win...However if they go for 2 and make it they are up 6 and if NYG score XP is not guaranteed for the win...

Houston losing 16-0 scores and is down 10 which is 2 possessions,kicks XP and is still down 9 which is still 2 possessions...They are no better off than they were had they went for 2 and not made it...

I guess I stand corrected,had Houston not made it they would now need 3 scores instead of 2...I guess they need to play better defense...

But I still stand by Chargers,that was stupid...

I think you need to be employed on the Chargers staff to help them think through scenarios like this. Seems obvious but I guess when you get to that level it's not.

I usually try to steer clear of this type of criticism,because whoever it is,is a coach in the NFL and I am not...But that was just stupidity...2:58 left in game and you are either going to be up 4,5 or 6...Doesn't matter a TD either beats you or ties you,and the pending XP is not guaranteed...

I did not play that game,but just watching it unfold really boggled my mind how a human being could be so stupid..I have liked the Chargers for a long time and this is the type of stuff that occurred when that loser Norv Turner was their coach...So they need to get rid of this fucker also...

The Chargers going for one just reinforces how short sighted and stupid some coaches can be. Absolutely no reason not to go for 2 there.

I don't know - maybe they are thinking about if NYG score and they want a FG to win instead of tie - Im sure that chart says they should have gone for two but maybe its the team's thinking
