The secret menu at McDonald’s has been revealed — to everyone but the employees at McDonald’s!
After a manager at a Scotland location posted about Mickey D’s “secret menu,” the Daily News fanned across the city to find the clandestine concoctions.
But New York burger flippers were as confused as Officer Big Mac trying to catch the Hamburglar. When we asked for the Monster Mac — a Big Mac with eight patties, according to the Scottish manager in his Reddit post — we got blank stares. Asking for the McGangBang, a NSFW melange of a McChicken sandwich between a McDouble, and the only thing we raised were eyebrows.
It was even hard to get the ultimate surf and turf, the Land, Sea and Air Burger, a 1,000-calorie gutbuster featuring patties of beef, chicken and fish.
When we asked for the obvious — the Pie McFlurry — no one knew we were talking about the secret dessert of an apple pie mixed in with the restaurant’s standard ice cream shake.
And we got a warning when we tried to order the most sublime special item hyped by the Scotsman — a Egg McMuffin with two hamburger patties dubbed a Mc10:35 for the time of day when it’s just perfect.
“That's crazy,” said the cashier at the Fulton St. location. And on the Upper East Side, we were denied, too: “It’s cross-contamination,” he said, instead giving us a half-baked version featuring sausage and ham for $5.86.

But even if there’s no secret menu at McDonald’s, most of these intrepid fast-food workers will cook up just about anything under the bun — if you ask for it.
And you thought Burger King's slogan was “Have It Your Way.”
To create our own happy meals, McDonald cashiers punched in the regular offerings on their screens, but then hit a secret button that prints “Ask Me” on the order sheet — a signal to the burger assembly team that a special request has been made.
The cashier than relays the order verbally to the cooks, old-school style.
All around town, we were treated like Mayor McCheese and got whatever we wanted — just by explaining it and being polite.
At the E. 42nd St. location, a manager gladly accepted our greasy request for the Mc10:35, though she looked at us like we had just spilled special sauce on our shirt. In the end, one burger patty was missing — but the resulting brunch item impressed fellow diners.
“It’s like fast-food steak and eggs,” said Bronx native Shameka Watson, 37. “I would definitely order that.”

A few minutes later, it was time for lunch, so we rode the patty wagon to E. 51st St. to get the Monster Mac.
There was some confusion, however. A manager eventually agreed to give us six extra patties on the side — for a buck each — and we had to build the Mega-Mac ourselves.
Some customers were not fully impressed.
“I like the idea of ordering what you want. If I want five chicken patties, then I should get that,” said Chrystal Mason, 33. “But putting those different meats together is just disgusting.”

Everything You Need To Know About McDonald's Secret Gold Cards
The easiest way to get one? Become famous.
BY SARAH WEINBERG JUN 4, 2018

What do Rob Lowe, Warren Buffet, and a random Cleveland local who saved a kidnapped woman have in common? They're all the proud holders of a McDonald's Gold Card — aka the tiny, metallic rectangle that scores a person Mickey D's grub. You probably want in — but scoring one is harder than you think.

You can't buy in.
You don't get a McDonald's Gold Card the same way you get one from Starbucks. Buying your weight in Big Macs doesn't automatically entitle you to one. Handing out Gold Cards is at the whim of franchise owners, and there are two ways to get their attention: nepotism and good deeds.

A bunch of celebrities have the card.

Rob Lowe infamously flashed his on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in 2015, claiming he got the card through a friend. But here's where the nepotism comes in: That friend's dad just happens to be the inventor of the Egg McMuffin and one of the original McDonald's franchisees. Other card holders include Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, philanthropist Larry Crandell, and local Cleveland hero Charles Ramsey. Ramsey earned his by rescuing a woman and child from their kidnapper. In every interview, he mentioned that he'd been eating McDonald's, so the chain paid it forward with a Gold Card.

It gets you free food ... for an undetermined amount of time.
Lowe's card was good for a year, from October 2015 through the October 2017, but Buffet's didn't have an expiration date.

They don't work at every location.

GETTY IMAGESJAMES LEYNSE
Dispersing Gold Cards is usually a job for franchisees, meaning the metal only works at a certain location. Lowe's and Crandell's were for six locations in California, while Buffet's only worked in Omaha, NE.

The Gold Card isn't the only way to score free McDonald's.
There are a few other ways: Play the chain's Monopoly game. Wait for a nonsensical food holiday. Download the app.

When I worked there, back in the day the vegetables were still fresh and tarter sauce and big mac sauce were refrigerated dairy products, we sometimes would eat surf and turf on our breaks. A burger with a filet of fish.

Well, everyone knows that food from McDonald's is junk food. But I like the fishburger, french fries and mcflurry so much that sometimes I allow myself to eat this harmful but delicious food.

Why don't you let the guy RIP. You have mentioned him a handful of times in a negative way And you are the only one He was a classic poster here

he’s probably doing it to try and piss me off since he knows that I met ~T~ and talked to him almost daily in 2018 before his death...

I wouldn’t know he was doing it unless others quoted him

If you think about it, it’s just another one of his little tricks to piss off people, like calling them KKK, klan, and all the other garbage he spews ..

In a way, really tells you all you need to know about him as a human being.face)(*^%
