Gruden just thinks everyone is great and the best. Doesn't give his honest opinion. Always too much praise and not enough honest critisism. Similar to Joe Rogen in UFC, everybody is world class everything.
Romo is really good. Especially for this early in his career. I like Collingsworth a lot too, underated IMO.

Don't know why many hate Aikman. He gives an honest analysis despite the perception he is a Dallas homer. He brought up the fact Dallas
scored too early vs. GB last week immediately after the score. That is just one example. Collinsworth is excellent also. Gruden, as was mentioned by a poster here, thinks everybody is great.
Gruden is Pollyanna to me. I think Romo brings the most substantive analysis to the game, especially when it comes to formation and reads. Gruden's always pumping everybody up and then reminds me of Hubie Brown when he says " great call ( or no call) when it was really a horrible call or no call and inconsistent with a position he took 5 minutes earlier.
