Well.....you have lots of old men around lots of young attractive women.......if their money doesn't get them the girls they use their power to geta little touchy feely and get away with it. They are use to getting their way and probably feel entitled....thus you get a problem
And I would even add... it's probably more times CRIMINAL from women to men. Than men to women.. it's only perceived more from the man side, because it's in men's DNA to want to Bang... soooo we hit on them.. blah blah blah...

It goes on everyday in all professions, it also goes both ways but not as often. I still would not even compare what Weinstein did to what Bill Cosby did, his sickness is on another much higher level.
This is a society issue not just a Hollywood issue. Like others have said it goes on everyday in all aspects of life...all of the sudden people are appalled. There's the bandwagon again folks jump on it
