Given that the Clemson QB has ankle injury, it leaves younger backups to fill in. I'm pretty sure Syracuse QB wants to do the best he can to improve future draft potential as well as to reach his wide outs who seek higher draft numbersl. I have Syracuse at +23.5, they have covered in past against TOP 5 with similar scenarios so I'm going again with the score probably remaining lower than average.
